Detailed description of Floating Fish Feed Granule Mill
1,SZLH508b3 special feed pellet feed mill—introduction
1) High efficient
The improved main drive and press room all contribute to consistent high output and high quality pellets. This kind
of feed pellet machinery usually equip differential double shaft conditioners or three layers jacket conditioners, which ensures materials fully conditioning and curing. The feeder with round feeding tube and frequency conversion
feeding, and the round feeding tube can prevent the materials knot arching in the conditioner and ensure feeding
2) High quality pellets
The special designed conditioners ,the rotary speed of conditioner shaft ,and the steam adding system make the
materials fully conditioning. The cutter blade is made high speed tool steel or cutter point welded special alloy, the
thickness of cutter blade is only 2-3mm, so the pellet can be cut quickly and smoothly. Based on the characters of
aqua feed to design the speed of ring die, the press roller’s appearance, and the special design feeding scraper, that
all improve production output ,and the pellets quality..
3) User friendly
The cutter mechanism is fixed on case, no need to take the cutter away when open the door. Also the cutter blade
is cling to the surface of ring die, so it can be changed quickly. Automatic control system and overload protection
design, are all friendly to users .
